Lee Skillman - Lee serves as the Regional
Director of our Southwest Region and is based in San Diego, CA. With her regional presence and accessibility, Lee is
responsible for executing our business building strategy in all southwestern states. More specifically, she is involved in identifying
quality candidates, soliciting referrals, overseeing the due diligence process, gaining commitments and ensuring effective
transitions and business acceleration for our new successful financial advisors, as well as maintaining herself as a local
resource for our existing business owners within WSFN. Lee began her career as a recruitment counselor for an educational
organization and subsequently entered the financial services industry over 18 years ago. Her work in the industry has
always been centered on helping business owners. Lee was a financial planner with an independent broker/dealer before
joining Smith Barney, where she successfully managed her own clients as a Financial Advisor for eight years.
Lee is an avid exercise enthusiast.

Mark Luth - Mark serves as the Associate Regional
Director for the Midwest/Southwest Division, working closely with the Regional Director. Mark's role is to align firm
resources to help you establish your independent practice. Prior to joining Wachovia Securities Financial Network, Mark was
with A.G. Edwards in a recruiting capacity. In this role, he served as the end-to-end recruiter in charge of identifying
and educating quality Financial Advisors regarding the value proposition of joining the private client group of A.G. Edwards.
Mark started his career in the financial services industry as a financial advisor. Prior to joining the industry, Mark
served in the United States Marine Corp, where he was a Master Sergeant and recruiter. Mark lives in Swansea, IL
with his wife Lisa. Mark and Lisa have five children and four grand-children. In his spare time, he enjoys golf and woodworking.

Ron Sallet - Ron serves as Senior Vice
President/Divisional Director for FiNet. Prior to joining Wachovia Securities Financial Network, Ron was a Senior
Vice President with Citi-Smith Barney's Global Wealth Management division, serving as Director of Financial Services
Groups based in New York City. In that role, he established a national network of service centers, helping Citigroup
and Smith Barney enter the Mass Affluent segment of the investment market place. Before moving to Smith Barney's home
office, he held increasing responsibilities in field management and sales leadership. His positions included Branch Manager,
Assistant Branch Manager, Sales Manager and National Training Officer. Ron entered the financial services industry in 1993 as a
Financial Advisor for Shearson Lehman Brothers and built a successful retail practice. Prior to working in the securities
industry, he marketed insurance products through Northwestern Mutual Insurance and graduated from Raytheon's Financial Manager's
Development Program. He earned his bachelor's degree in 1988 from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst's business school
and was enrolled in Babson's MBA program. Ron and his wife Debbie have three daughters - Samantha, Kaitlyn, and Jessica.
