Ryan Thompson - Ryan serves as Regional Director in the Northwest. In this role, he oversees business development
and business owner service in the Northwest region. Ryan joined FiNet from Bank of America Investment Services, Inc. where
he served as Market Director of the Greater East Bay (N. California) for five years. Prior to his role at Bank of America,
Ryan spent eight years at Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor and producing Sales Manager for the firm's
Oakland/Berkeley/Orinda complex. He received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico and
Masters Degree from St. Mary's College. Ryan and his wife Jill have three children, ranging from 8 years to 6 months
old. He enjoys running, skiing and coaching his children's teams.

Craig Avery - Craig serves as Senior Vice
President/Divisional Director for FiNet. Prior to assuming this position, Craig was Regional Director for the
Western/Northeast Regions. Before that, he was Managing Director for two years of LionStone Wealth Management, a FiNet
office located in Savannah, GA. During his tenure at LionStone, Craig also served on the Licensee Advisory Board (LAB)
for FiNet as a business owner representative, and was the lead consultant for a strategic partnership with FiNet, offering
business strategy and change management solutions for the transitioning financial advisors. Prior to being a FiNet business
owner, Craig was a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch; the junior partner on a $225 million team which focused on dvisory services. Before joining Merrill Lynch, Craig was a management consultant for KPMG Consulting (now Bearing Point) and
Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), focusing on business development and process management solutions. Before coming into the
"civilian world", Craig served his country as a Captain in the U.S. Army, assigned to the famed 3rd Infantry Division at Fort
Stewart, GA. Craig is an active member of the Investment Management Consultants Association and maintains the series 7, 66,
and 24 registrations. Craig and his wife, Eva, have two daughters, Anna Steele and Emily Michael and two sons, Grayson and Ethan.
